From the Play Store to your first bill in about ten minutes, with no training and no computer needed to start.
Get the app on Google Play
Tap the Google Play badge on this page, or search "Zobaze" in the Play Store and look for POS Billing App Inventory Shop. The download is free, with no setup fee and no card needed to start.
Sign in and create your shop
Open the app, sign in with Google or your email, and set up your business: shop name, type and currency. You need internet for this first sign-in; after that, billing works offline.
Add your items
Add items on the phone with a price, and a barcode if the pack has one. Carrying a long list? Open the Web Back Office on a computer and bulk-import your items from Excel instead of typing each line.
Make your first bill
Search or scan an item, take UPI or cash, and print the GST receipt on a thermal printer or send it on WhatsApp. Mark it due for khata customers. From here it's the same simple loop every day.

Downloading Zobaze POS: frequently asked questions
Downloading the app
From Google Play. Search "Zobaze" in the Play Store on your Android phone, or tap the Google Play badge on this page. The listing is titled POS Billing App Inventory Shop, by Zobaze. The download is free and you can start billing on the free plan the same day.
No. Zobaze POS is distributed only through Google Play, and we don't share APK files directly. Installing from the Play Store is safer: you get the genuine app, automatic updates, and Play Protect checks. If Play Store search doesn't show it, use the Google Play badge on this page.
Almost all Android phones and tablets that have Google Play. If you can install apps from the Play Store, you can run Zobaze. Devices without Google services, such as some Huawei models, and some dedicated POS terminals can't install or sign in to the app, so test on a normal Android phone first.
Yes. The app runs in several languages, including Hindi, and you can switch the language from the app's settings after you sign in. Your items, bills and reports stay the same; only the interface language changes.
PC, laptop and iPhone
A Windows or desktop app isn't available yet. Today Zobaze POS runs on Android phones and tablets, and that's where billing, payments and receipt printing happen. From a computer's browser you can already open the Web Back Office for inventory jobs: editing items and bulk-importing your list from Excel. Android emulators like BlueStacks are not officially supported, and printers and scanners are unreliable inside them, so a normal Android phone is the honest recommendation for the counter.
An iPhone or iPad version isn't available yet; today Zobaze POS runs on Android. If your personal phone is an iPhone, the common setup is a basic Android phone or tablet kept at the counter as the dedicated billing device, which also keeps your shop's billing separate from your own phone.
After you install
Sign in with Google or your email, create your business with its name, type and currency, and add a few items with prices. That's enough to make your first bill. Add barcodes, a thermal printer, khata customers and the rest as you go; most owners are billing the same day they install.
Only for the first sign-in and for syncing. Day-to-day billing works offline: sales save on the phone when the network drops and sync to the cloud at least once a day when you're back online. Remember the sign-in itself needs a connection, so log in once while you have data or Wi-Fi.
Install Zobaze POS on the new phone and sign in with the same email you registered with. Your synced items, sales and khata balances come back from the cloud. Two habits keep this painless: remember which email you signed up with, and let the phone come online each day so your latest bills are backed up.
Don't run the same owner login on two devices at once; it causes sync problems and crashes. The supported way to run a second counter is staff logins on the paid Premium plan: each helper signs in on their own phone with their own access, and your reports show who sold what.
Free plan and pricing
Yes. The free plan gives unlimited billing with up to 100 items and the last 7 days of reports, for a single user, with no hidden charges. It's worth knowing the 100-item limit before you type in a large catalogue. A bigger shop can move to the paid Premium plan for a larger catalogue, staff logins and full reports; there's a 15-day free trial, and current prices are in the app.
A bigger item catalogue, staff logins with role-based access, full and historical reports, removing the Zobaze branding from receipts, and the Storefront online store. The free plan stays free as long as you like; Premium is there when the shop outgrows it. Check current pricing in the app or on the pricing page.
